Welcome to Neko No Me, a small roleplaying-friendly Café where you can come find a warm place for a respite from the cold of Empyreum.As a roleplaying-friendly place we welcome all kind of characters, but you can also behave in an out-of-character manner and just come rest with us after your extreme (or savage) raid progression adventures, it's all fine.We kindly ask that you do not go downstairs unless one of our staff members authorizes you, as it is a private section of the building, thank you for your understanding.
